About The Role

We are currently looking for friendly, customer-service driven individuals who have had a chance to lead a team.  Our Assistant Managers are an integral piece of our team.  Many of our Store Managers start off as Assistant Store Managers.  We're looking for energetic and enthusiastic leaders with a passion for wine, beer or spirits (or even all three!).   

Job Duties: 

• Foster an outstanding customer service experience and establish a sales-based store culture
• Lead team during shift
• Provide coaching, training and support to team
• Partner with Store Manager and Area Manager to lead store to beat plan/budget
• Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge
• Work in partnership with Store Managers and other employees to maximize store sales and in-store presence
• Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times
• Provide back-up to the Store Manager on his/her duties as needed (i.e., ordering, receiving deliveries, inventory, hiring, etc.)
